Introduction and data controller
Wealth AI Flux Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202519038E), operating from 18 Robinson Road, #16-01 18 Robinson, Singapore 048547, is the data controller for personal data collected through wealthaiflux.life and related enrolment channels. This Policy explains our practices under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
Data protection enquiries: [email protected]. General contact: [email protected] or +65 6329 7182.
Scope — what this Policy covers
This Policy applies to visitors, prospective learners, enrolled cohort members, corporate training clients and anyone who communicates with us. It covers data collected online, in person at our Robinson Road academy, and via email or telephone. It does not cover third-party AI tool providers (OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic) whose privacy policies govern your direct use of their services.
Categories of personal data
Depending on your relationship with us, we may process:
- Identity data — full name, nationality (where required for records), company name, job title.
- Contact data — email address, telephone number, postal address.
- Enrolment data — programme selections, attendance, assignment submissions, assessment outcomes, payment references (card numbers are processed by payment gateways — we do not store them).
- Communication data — messages, forum posts, feedback surveys, support tickets.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, session duration — via cookies when consented (see Cookie Policy).
- Consent records — PDPA form consents, cookie preferences with timestamps.
We do not require actual bank statements, investment portfolios or tax returns for standard enrolment. Course exercises use anonymised or synthetic financial examples.
Purposes of use
We use personal data for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in connection with vocational education:
- Delivering and administering AI finance-management courses and corporate workshops.
- Processing enrolments, issuing participation certificates and maintaining training records.
- Responding to prospectus requests, curriculum enquiries and general communications.
- Improving programmes, website usability and learner support through aggregated analytics (where consented).
- Complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing Terms of Use.
- Sending service notices related to your enrolment — schedule changes, policy updates.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to provide investment advice, portfolio management or robo-advisory services.
Legal bases under the PDPA
We process personal data on the following bases:
- Consent — when you submit the PDPA checkbox on forms (never pre-ticked) or accept non-essential cookies.
- Contractual necessity — processing required to deliver courses you enrol in.
- Legitimate interests — securing systems, preventing fraud, improving educational quality — balanced against your privacy rights.
- Legal obligation — retention where ACRA, tax authorities or courts require.
Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal data to:
- Cloud hosting, email delivery and learning-platform providers under confidentiality agreements.
- Payment processors for course fees denominated in SGD.
- Professional advisers (legal, audit) bound by duty of confidentiality.
- Public authorities when required by Singapore law.
Some processors may store data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps reasonably required under the PDPA to ensure comparable protection.
Retention schedule
- Enrolment and training records: up to seven years after programme completion.
- Prospectus enquiries without enrolment: up to twenty-four months.
- Cookie consent preferences: six months (renewed on revisit if expired).
- Server and security logs: up to ninety days unless investigation requires longer.
Data is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Security
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards — access controls, HTTPS encryption, staff PDPA training, need-to-know access. No transmission method is completely secure; exercise caution when sharing financial examples in course forums and anonymise third-party data in AI tool exercises.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may:
- Access personal data we hold and information about use or disclosure within the prior year.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, subject to legal and contractual limits.
- Request portability of certain data in a commonly used format where applicable.
Email [email protected]. We respond within thirty days unless an extension is permitted. Reasonable fees may apply for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for categories, vendors, durations and opt-out instructions. Essential cookies operate without consent; analytics requires your choice via our banner.
Minors
Programmes target adults managing personal or business finances. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under eighteen without parental consent. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a minor submitted data.
Changes and change log
We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Material updates appear here before taking effect where practicable.

Enrolment-specific processing
When you enrol in a Wealth AI Flux programme, we process additional categories of personal data necessary to deliver vocational education services. This includes attendance registers, assessment submissions, capstone project descriptions (which may reference anonymised financial scenarios you create for learning purposes), feedback provided to faculty and peers, and records of certificate issuance. Assessment data is reviewed only by authorised faculty and administrative staff with a legitimate need to evaluate your progress against published learning outcomes.
We do not require you to submit real bank statements, investment portfolio statements or tax returns as a condition of enrolment. If you voluntarily use real data in classroom exercises, you do so at your own risk and we strongly encourage the use of anonymised or synthetic datasets provided in our materials. Any real financial data inadvertently submitted is deleted or anonymised within thirty days of programme completion unless retention is required for a live dispute or legal obligation.
Corporate training and employer-sponsored enrolment
Where your employer sponsors your participation, we may share limited personal data with the sponsoring organisation — typically your name, job title, attendance status, programme completion status and assessment outcome — pursuant to a corporate training agreement or your employer's instruction confirmed in writing. We do not share the content of your capstone workflow, personal messages or enquiry history with employers unless you explicitly authorise such disclosure or it is required under the sponsorship contract you have been given notice of.
Corporate clients acting as data intermediaries or data controllers in their own right remain responsible for obtaining any employee consents required before sharing employee contact details with us for enrolment purposes.
Marketing communications and the Do Not Call Registry
We may send marketing communications about new programmes, alumni clinics and academy events where you have provided consent or where a PDPA exemption applies. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional communications related to active enrolments, fee receipts, schedule changes or legal notices. We maintain a suppression list to honour unsubscribe requests indefinitely for marketing purposes.
If you provide a Singapore telephone number, we will check the Do Not Call Registry before sending marketing messages unless we have obtained clear and unambiguous consent or an ongoing relationship exemption applies under the PDPA. Academy service messages relating to your active enrolment are not marketing.
Automated decision-making
Wealth AI Flux does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Analytics cookies, where consented to, may aggregate browsing patterns but are not used to determine enrolment eligibility, pricing or assessment outcomes. All enrolment decisions involve human review.
Data protection by design
We embed privacy considerations into curriculum design, vendor selection and internal processes. Examples include: minimising data fields on public forms; pseudonymising case studies used across cohorts; conducting periodic access reviews for staff accounts; requiring confidentiality undertakings from contractors; and training faculty on PDPA obligations before each academic term. Our Data Protection Officer reviews significant new processing activities before launch.
Records of consent
We maintain records of consent including: the form through which consent was given; the timestamp in Singapore time; the version of the Privacy Policy in effect; and the specific purpose consented to. Consent records are retained for the duration of the processing plus seven years, or longer if required to demonstrate compliance in regulatory proceedings.
Notifiable data breaches
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm or affect a significant number of individuals, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required under the PDPA and related guidance. Our incident response procedure includes containment, assessment, notification and remediation steps documented in internal policies reviewed annually.
