Curriculum

Six programmes, one coherent arc

Each programme is a self-contained module with defined outcomes, assessed practice and reading-room preparation. Together they form a complete AI finance management workflow — vocational training, not regulated advice.

Programme 01

Managing Personal & Business Finances with AI — Foundations

Establish the conceptual and practical groundwork for AI-assisted finance management. You map your income sources, account structures and reporting needs, then design a category schema suited to household or SME contexts in Singapore. Sessions cover responsible AI use, data hygiene, PDPA-aware record handling and the difference between education and regulated advice. You leave with a written finance rhythm — weekly logging, monthly reconciliation, quarterly review — and a toolkit of starter prompts for ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude tested against sample scenarios.

Programme 02

AI-Assisted Budgeting & Cash-Flow Tracking

Translate your category schema into a living budget and cash-flow tracker. Learn to draft allocation rules with AI support, import bank exports, flag anomalies and produce a monthly variance narrative you can read in five minutes. We emphasise verification: every AI-suggested categorisation passes through a human checkpoint and spreadsheet formula audit. Cohort exercises use realistic Singapore datasets — utilities, mortgage or rent, CPF-related flows, GST-registered business expenses — without venturing into investment allocation or product recommendation.

Programme 03

Expense, Invoice & Receipt Organisation with AI

Build a disciplined records system for invoices, receipts and supporting documents. You practise OCR-assisted extraction, prompt templates for summarising vendor statements, and folder structures that satisfy your accountant without creating compliance risk. The module addresses common failure modes — duplicate entries, misclassified GST, lost receipts — and teaches AI accuracy checks before data enters your master ledger. Pair-practice sessions reinforce peer review habits that persist after the course ends.

Programme 04

Financial Forecasting & Planning with AI Tools

Move from historical records to forward-looking views. You construct rolling forecasts — three-month operational, twelve-month strategic — using AI to draft assumptions, stress-test scenarios and narrate risks in plain language. We teach explicit limits: forecasts are planning tools, not predictions; AI cannot know your future contracts, health events or market conditions. Spreadsheet templates include sensitivity toggles so you can adjust assumptions without re-prompting from scratch. Evening academy sessions accommodate professionals who cannot attend daytime modules.

Programme 05

AI Spreadsheets & Financial Dashboards

Assemble readable dashboards that connect your budget, cash-flow tracker and forecast into a single view. Learn pivot techniques, chart selection, conditional formatting and AI-generated executive summaries — always with a verification layer. Dashboards are designed for the learner's own use or internal SME reporting, not for external investor presentation or regulated disclosure. You export a template pack you can maintain independently after graduation.

Programme 06

Capstone — Your AI Finance-Management Workflow

The capstone integrates all prior modules into a documented, assessed workflow unique to your household or business context. You present your category system, logging cadence, reconciliation checklist, forecast template and dashboard to faculty and peers — receiving structured feedback on clarity, verification discipline and maintainability. Successful completion earns a Wealth AI Flux certificate of participation. This is vocational recognition of skills acquired, not a professional licence, accreditation or guarantee of employment or financial outcome.
