These Terms govern access to wealthaiflux.life and enrolment in programmes offered by Wealth AI Flux Pte. Ltd. By using this site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The academy and its purpose

Wealth AI Flux Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202519038E), 18 Robinson Road, #16-01 18 Robinson, Singapore 048547, operates a vocational training provider offering practical courses in managing personal and business finances with AI tools — budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting. We are an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser, and we are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

2. Brand definitions — Wealth, Flux and .life

".life" in our domain is branding only. It does not indicate life coaching, wellness services, personal transformation programmes or any non-educational offering.

"Wealth" refers to building personal financial-management capability through structured vocational courses — not investing, wealth management, portfolio administration or asset growth promises.

"Flux" refers to the ongoing flow of your finances that you learn to order, forecast and report through our curriculum modules — not guaranteed returns, income schemes, trading systems or automated money-making products.

3. Not financial advice or regulated services

All website content, programme materials, faculty commentary, templates and AI-generated examples are for vocational training only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax or accounting advice. We do not manage money, execute trades, recommend securities, operate as a robo-adviser or guarantee savings, returns, profit or any financial results. AI tools demonstrated may produce errors; you must verify outputs and consult licensed professionals where regulation requires.

Completion certificates reflect training participation only — not financial adviser licensing or professional accounting accreditation.

4. Acceptable use of the website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Scrape, mirror or republish content without written permission.
• Submit false information or impersonate others through forms.
• Distribute malware, spam or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent our programmes as investment products, robo-advisory or life coaching.

5. Enrolment, fees and refunds

Programme descriptions and indicative SGD fees are invitations to treat. Binding enrolment arises when we confirm your place in writing and you pay applicable fees. Refunds follow our published policy (see FAQ) and any enrolment agreement you sign.

6. Intellectual property

All programme materials, editorial content, prompts, templates, branding and website assets are owned by Wealth AI Flux Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning. You may not resell, publicly distribute or commercially exploit materials without consent.

7. Learner conduct and confidentiality

Learners must treat faculty and peers respectfully, honour confidentiality of shared business examples, and comply with PDPA when handling personal data in exercises. Sharing another learner's financial examples without consent is prohibited.

8. AI tools in programmes

You may need subscriptions to ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or spreadsheet services. We are not affiliated with those providers. Their terms apply. Do not submit sensitive third-party personal data to AI tools without lawful basis and appropriate anonymisation.

9. Disclaimers

The site and programmes are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free AI outputs in exercises.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Wealth AI Flux Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from site use or programme attendance — including financial decisions based on course content or AI outputs. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed fees you paid for the relevant programme in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of materials, or unlawful submission of personal data to AI tools during exercises.

12. Third-party links

External links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content or privacy practices.

13. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website or our programmes.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated where practicable.

17. Classroom conduct and academic integrity

Learners must treat faculty, staff and fellow cohort members with respect. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, discrimination or misuse of academy facilities may result in removal from a session or programme without refund. You may not record sessions audio-visually without prior written consent from Wealth AI Flux and affected participants. Course materials are confidential to enrolled learners for the duration of the programme and subject to the intellectual property restrictions in Section 6 thereafter.

Assessment submissions must be your own work or properly attributed group work where permitted. Plagiarism, fabrication of exercise data presented as real financial records, or misrepresentation of AI-generated content as manually verified without disclosure may result in failure of the relevant module and revocation of certificate eligibility. We encourage honest disclosure when AI tools contributed to your capstone documentation.

18. Health, safety and accessibility

Learners are responsible for their personal belongings at our Robinson Road premises. We maintain reasonable health and safety standards consistent with Singapore workplace requirements. Notify us in advance of accessibility requirements so we can arrange appropriate seating, materials formats or venue adjustments where practicable. We may require medical clearance for in-person attendance during public health advisories issued by the Singapore Ministry of Health.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, telecommunications outages, civil unrest or third-party service failures — provided we use reasonable efforts to mitigate impact and resume services. Where a programme cannot proceed, we will offer rescheduled dates or a pro-rata refund at our discretion in accordance with our published refund policy.

20. Dispute resolution

Before commencing litigation, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through negotiation for at least twenty-one days after written notice of the dispute to [email protected]. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable Singapore consumer protection legislation that cannot be contracted away.

21. Severability, waiver and assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

22. Entire agreement and survival

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable enrolment agreement and prospectus, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealth AI Flux regarding website use and supersede prior understandings on that subject — except that enrolled learners remain bound by programme-specific terms in their enrolment documentation where those terms expressly prevail. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination of your enrolment or cessation of website use.
